Donald Birch Jr. is also wanted by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and Harrison Police Department for Felony Theft and Misdemeanor Theft. Investigators say Mr. Birch brandished a handgun at the victim as the victim attempted to repo Mr. Birch’s vehicle. Mr. Birch then took off in the vehicle to avoid repossession.
