Cincinnati Police District Three is looking for Alfredo Chuin-Jacobo. Mr. Chuin-Jacobo is wanted for Aggravated Burglary and Misdemeanor Domestic Violence. On June 11th, 2026, during a domestic dispute, Mr. Chuin-Jacobo showed up to the victim’s home drunk and proceeded to kick in the front door. Once inside the victim’s home, Mr. Chuin-Jacobo physically assaulted the victim. Alfredo Chuin-Jacobo is a male unknown race, 21 years old, 5’ 08”, and 160 lbs. On June 7th, 2026, during a domestic dispute, Mr. Behanan struck the victim with a closed fist multiple times, threw the victim to the ground and choked the victim, making it difficult for the victim to breathe and as a result the victim sustained multiple injuries. On June 6th, 2026, during a domestic dispute, Mr. Thomas struck and choked the victim, impeding the victim’s ability to breathe. He then brandished a firearm and forcibly took the victim’s phone. The victim fled the residence for safety. After the victim left, Mr. Thomas left two children unattended in a hot residence without adult supervision. Lamartay Thomas is a black male, 32 years old, 5’05” and 120 lbs. Lamartay Thomas has a history of Drug Offenses, Menacing and Obstructing Official Business and was last known to live on Greenwood Avenue in Avondale.
