The Ohio Supreme Court is currently reviewing these and other allegations of attorney misconduct committed by Mr. Crosby.

Investigators say Pinilla left his DNA at the crime scene. Pinilla’s criminal history includes theft charges, and he was last known to live on Blueberry Drive in Liberty Township, Ohio.
