Upon arrival, officers located a shooting victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim, identified as Antony Harris, a male 31 years of age, was pronounced deceased at the scene. On June 9, 2022, at 10:00 AM, with the assistance of District Two officers, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit arrested Brandon Vannatter, a male 29 years of age for causing the death of Anthony Harris.

The second victim was deceased at the scene and has been identified as Jerome Lipscomb III, 15 years of age. No further information will be released on the surviving victim. Ryan Allen has neck tattoos and “white Boy” tattooed on his forehead. Ryan Allen is from Reading Ohio and his whereabouts are unknown.

Case Information: Josiah Hassell is wanted on two counts of Felony Murder, accused in the fatal shooting of Jamonte Brown outside of the Walmart on Ferguson Road on November 27, 2021. The incident was captured on camera. Josiah Hassell is a black male 26 years old, 6’0 and 190 lbs. Josiah Hassell has a history of Drug Abuse. He has a Nationwide Pickup radius and his current whereabouts are unknown.
