Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE February 03, 2023 On February 03, 2023, at approximately 5:30 AM, District Four officers, along with Cincinnati Fire Department personnel, responded to the 3600 block of Canyon Drive for an Unknown Trouble dispatch. Upon arrival, First Responders located three unresponsive victims, each suffering from a gunshot wound. The on-scene Fire Department personnel determined all three victims were deceased. The victims have been identified as Darlene Flores, a female 38 years of age, Eric Johnson Jr, 19 years of age and Rodrigo Johnson, 16 years of age. The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, along with the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office, is investigating the incident as a double homicide with a suicide. The investigation is ongoing. Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE January 27, 2023 On September 26, 2022, at 11:17 PM, District Four officers and Cincinnati Fire Department Personnel responded to the 1300 block of Ryland Avenue for a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim has been identified as William Gibson, a male 17 years of age. Mr. Gibson was transported by Fire Department personnel to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries. On January 26, 2023, The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office ruled the death a homicide. On January 27, 2023, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, located and arrested, Craig Gibson, a male 22 years of age, for the negligent homicide of Mr. William Gibson. A second shooting victim self-transported to Mercy Health West Hospital and has been identified as Christopher Harris, 29 years of age. Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE December 22, 2022 On December 22, 2022, at approximately 1:15 PM, District Five officers, along with Cincinnati Fire Department personnel, responded to 1200 W. Galbraith Road for the report of a person shot. Upon arrival, First Responders located an unresponsive male victim suffering from a gunshot wound and a female victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot. Cincinnati Fire Department personnel attempted to revive the male victim but were unsuccessful and he was pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as James Witherspoon, a male 32 years of age. The female victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment on her injury.

Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE December 14, 2022 On April 8, 2022, at 9:16 AM, North College Hill Police Department and Fire Department Personnel responded to the 1500 block of Galbraith Road for a reported vehicle fire. Upon arrival, officers located a victim inside of the vehicle. The victim has been identified as Brennan Crites, a male 22 years of age. Mr. Crites was pronounced deceased at the scene. During the investigation by the North College Hill Police Department, it was determined that Mr. Crites had been shot in the 2300 block of Baltimore Avenue. The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit was notified and continued the investigation. On December 14, 2022, The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with the assistance of the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, and the North College Hill Police Department, located and arrested, Jamiah Richardson, a female 25 years of age, for the murder of Mr. Crites. Case Information: On December 13, 2022, at approximately 5:05 PM, District Four officers responded to the 5000 block of Reading Road for a reported shooting victim. Upon arrival, responding officers located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he has been listed in critical condition. At approximately 5:15 PM, Norwood Police Department officers responded to the 4900 block of Montgomery Road for a reported shooting victim. Upon arrival, responding officers located two shooting victims. The first victim was determined to be deceased and was identified as Nonaisha Jones, a female 15 years of age. The second victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. He was identified as Logan Lawson, a male 19 years of age. The initial investigation revealed all three gunshot victims were in the 6200 block of Joyce Lane when their injuries occurred. Photos of the surviving and juvenile victims will not be released. Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE December 01, 2022 On December 01, 2022, at approximately 12:01 AM, District Four officers responded to the 800 block of Ridgeway Avenue for an unresponsive 3-year-old. Upon arrival, responding officers located the unresponsive 3-year-old, who was immediately transported by Cincinnati Fire Department personnel to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. The 3-year-old has been identified as Jayden Krebs. On December 01, 2022, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with the assistance of the Fugitive Apprehension Squad arrested and charged Ms. Molly Krebs, 27 years of age with Involuntary Manslaughter, for causing the death of Jayden Krebs. Case Information: Press Release The North College Hill Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on November 26th, 2022, at around 8:00pm. The victim, Maurice Searcy, 32 years of age, was shot multiple times near 1804 Sundale Ave., while walking to his vehicle. It appears a single suspect, got out of what appeared to be an early model, white Hyundai Santa Fe, using a firearm, shot the victim multiple times until the victim fell to the ground. The infant, identified as Ukhani Bridges, a male 8 weeks of age, died on October 27, 2022 at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center. On October 27, 2022, Khamani Calvin-Bridges, a male 17 years of age, was charged with Murder for the death of the infant.
