The suspect vehicle is a white Chevrolet Express Van (unknown plate) towing a black trailer last seen southbound on Wyoming Avenue. The suspect is a F/W wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts with long brown hair. The suspect was seen leaving in a 2012-2014 Mercedes Benz C300 that was operated by a unknown suspect.
