Cincinnati Police Department District Four is investigating a Misuse of Credit Cards that occurred at 7439 Vine Street.

The Misuse of Credit Cards occurred on October 23rd, 2025, at 12:14 PM at listed location. Victim states an unknown suspect used the victim's credit card without consent. The suspects pictured below left on foot in an unknown direction, There is available video surveillance footage of the incident.

Grand Theft

Cincinnati Police Department District Four Investigative Unit is investigating a Grand Theft that occurred at 4875 Reading Road.

The Grand Theft occurred on October 29th, 2025, at 2:20 PM. Employees of Cash America Pawn Shop stated unknown suspect entered the store and presented a false identification card. The suspect then ran out of the store with a $5,800.00 14K gold Cuban link chain. If anyone recognizes this suspect, please contact Crime Stoppers.

Cincinnati Police Department District Two is investigating a Breaking and Entering that occurred at 2145 Luray Avenue.

The Breaking and Entering occurred on October 25th, 2025, 0651 AM at the listed location, Reportee states and unknown suspect entered through the patio door and walked over to the mail room area. Two suspects arrived in a black tow truck with two male blacks inside the vehicle. The plate is on the driver's side under the window. If anyone stops a vehicle matching this description, please fir all occupants.

On September 4th, 2025 the subject pictured above, along with another female and multiple children, ordered and consumed a meal at the Larosa's restaurant located at 5795 Cheviot Road, in Green Township. The suspect and her party left the restaurant without paying for their meal and the victim followed them to the parking lot. As the vehicle fled the scene, the victim was struck by the suspect's vehicle causing serious injury.
