Case Information: On August 9, 2020, at approximately 12:57 AM, District Five officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 100 block of W. McMillan Street. Responding officers located three shooting victims outside the location. The Cincinnati Fire Department transported all victims to UC Medical Center to be treated for their injuries. Shortly after arrival, one victim died from his injuries and has been identified as Damarcus Payton, 27 years of age. No further information will be released on the surviving victims.

Case Information: On August 4, 2020, at approximately 8:12 p.m., District Three Officers responded to the 900 block of McPherson Avenue for a report an assault. Upon arrival officers located a victim laying in the street, unresponsive and suffering from a head injury. The Cincinnati Fire Department transported the victim to the University Medical Center. First responders arrived and located the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
