Responding officers located a shooting victim who was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center by Cincinnati Fire personnel. The victim succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival and has been identified as Larrie Dubose Jr., 34 years of age. First responders located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound at that location. The victim was transported to University Hospital by the Cincinnati Fire Department personnel where he succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as Brandon McFarland, 37 years of age. UPDATE On October 27, 2020 at approximately 12:30 pm, the Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit, with assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, arrested Deandre Trapp, 27 years of age, and charged him with murder for the death of Mr. Harris.

Case Information: On Saturday, September 26, 2020, at approximately 12:28 AM, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit responded to 3385 Reading Road to investigate a fatal injury traffic crash. Ms. Candice Christon, F/33, was a pedestrian crossing Reading Road. A vehicle, unknown make and model, traveling south on Reading Road struck Ms. Christon. The driver of the vehicle did not stop at the scene of the crash and the driver’s identity is unknown. Ms. Christon sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash and was transported by the Cincinnati Fire Department to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries while being treated. Excessive speed as a factor is yet to be determined. Impairment as a factor is yet to be determined.
