Upon arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The Cincinnati Fire Department transported the victim to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where they later pronounced the victim as deceased. The decedent has been identified as Mr. Thomas Alexander, male, 34 years of age.

When officers arrived, they located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Cincinnati Fire Department personnel responded and transported the victim to The University of Cincinnati Medical Center where the victim was pronounced deceased. The victim is identified as Kevin Garr, a male, 42 years of age.

Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE February 27, 2025 On February 26, 2025, at approximately 5:45 PM, District Three officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Westwood Northern Boulevard at the request of the Cincinnati Fire Department for a fight involving the victim and another individual. When officers arrived, the victim was found unresponsive. Cincinnati Fire Department transported the victim to Good Samaritan Hospital. On February 27, 2025, the victim succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as Mr. Maurice Upshaw, male, 45 years of age.

Case Information: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION SECTION MEDIA RELEASE February 13, 2025 On December 27, 2024, at 7:50am, the Emergency Communications Center received a call from Mr. Warren Houston stating that his 3-year-old daughter had been discovered in the living room deceased. Police and Fire personnel were dispatched to the 7700 block of Stillwell Road. Upon arrival officers located the body of the child in the living room of the apartment. Fire personnel responded and determined the child was deceased. The decedent has been identified as Kingsley Wright, female, three years of age. On February 12, 2025, Mr. Warren Houston, male, 46, was indited by the Hamilton County Grand Jury and arrested for the death of Kingsley Wright. Mr. Houston was charged with Involuntary Homicide, Reckless Homicide and Felony Child Endangerment.

The deceased victim is identified as Dewey Curtis, a male 18 years of age. The second victim was treated and is in stable condition.

Upon arrival officers located two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Cincinnati Fire Department Personnel responded and transported both victims to The University of Cincinnati Medical Center where one of the victims was pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as Angela McNeil, 61 years of age. The second victim received treatment and is in stable condition. No further information will be released on the surviving victim.
