On December 13, 2015, at approximately 0630 hours, a subject entered the Sunoco Station located at 6224 Montgomery Rd. The pictured subject purchased an item and then attempted to rob the clerk at gunpoint. As the clerk attempted to flee to a back room for safety the subject fired 2 shots from a semi-automatic pistol, striking the clerk once in the leg. Nothing was obtained in the offense and the suspect fled out of the store on foot towards Ridge Avenue. The suspect is described as a male black in his 20’s, light to medium complexion, approximately 505-507, 170-180 lbs, wearing a black hoodie with a grey hood, grey pocket on the left breast, and grey trim around the bottom and wrists, blue jeans and black shoes.
