Matthew Carter is wanted for Felony Burglary where Carter is accused of breaking out the front door window of a residence, and taking property valued at approximately $500. Investigators say Carter cut himself leaving DNA that has identified Carter. Carter has a history of weapon charges, and was last known to live in Louisville, Kentucky.
