Cincinnati Police Department, District Two, is investigating a Misuse of Credit Cards offense. The victim’s identity was stolen and credit cards were opened and used at the Home Depot and Saks Fifth Avenue for a total of $4,918.04. The unknown suspect is a female Hispanic, brown hair, late 30’s and wearing a brown coat.

       Homicide Unit Investigation  

 

On February 7, 2017, at approximately 7:45 p.m., District Four officers responded to the 1700 block of Crest Hill Avenue for a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located Twanda Alexander, female 42 years of age, suffering from a gunshot wound.  She was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center by Cincinnati Fire Department where she succumbed to her injuries. 

Investigation by the Homicide Unit is ongoing.

Robbery BP – 6151 Pfeiffer Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242

Suspect is M/B/30s, dark complexion, thin build, 6’0" – 6’1", wearing all black, red scarf, red hat, black winter gloves, Ray Ban style black sunglasses. Possible scar or burn mark on upper part of his right cheek.

Suspect displayed a handgun in his waistband. Handgun is described as black with a large handle. Clerk believed it to be a Beretta.

On 01/09/2017, the subject pictured is accused of using stolen credit card information to purchase merchandise at the Walmart in Fort Wright.

Cincinnati Police District Two is investigating vandalism of Withrow High School that occurred on 1-21-17 shortly before midnight. A white male suspect sprayed various racial statements and swastikas on various parts of the building.

Cincinnati Police Department, District Two, is investigating a felony theft. The victim stated on December 15, 2016, she was dining at the Bar Louie (3100 Vandacar Wy, Cin, OH, 45209). An unknown subject removed her wallet from her purse. Her credit cards were used at three separate locations for $11,539.64. The suspect in the surveillance videos appear to be a white female in her 30’s, wearing a brown coat with fur trim and blue jeans. She was in the company of a black male, in his late 30’s wearing a black dress coat, plaid scarf, glasses and short dreadlocks.

Cincinnati Fraud Unit is attempting to identify the subject in the attached photo. The subject is accused of taking a wallet containing the victim's debt card.

The subject used the Debit Card to Deposit Fraudulent Fifth Third Bank Checks totaling $7,500.00 at the CinFed Credit Union ATM Downtown.  The suspect then used the Debit Card at various Walmart Stores and made purchases for Electronic goods.  The suspect was last seen operating a newer model Chevrolet Camaro, Red in Color with a Convertible top.

Receiving Stolen Property

On 1/11/17 at 5:30 PM the suspect used a stolen credit card  at Speedway on Williams Ave. Subject entered  a black, mid-90's Toyota Celica. Driver appears to be a male white wearing painter pants.
