Arthur Thomas is wanted for two counts of Misdemeanor Domestic Violence and Felony Robbery. Thomas is accused of entering the victim’s home and striking her with a closed fist causing visible injuries and taking the victim’s property. Arthur Frederick Thomas is a black male, 40 years old, 6’01”, and 185 lbs. Thomas’ lengthy arrest history includes Aggravated Burglary, Intimidation, Having Weapons under Disability, Trafficking Drugs, and prior Domestic Violence charges. Thomas was last known to live in the 1900 block of Truitt Avenue in Bond Hill.

Springdale Police needs your help!! On Feb 19th these two pictured suspects were involved in the theft of a wallet at our TJ Maxx. They then immediately went to our Target store and used the credit card for over $900.00 worth of purchases. Would you guys please assist me in possibly identifying these two individuals. Thank you.

District Two Detectives are looking for Brett Gessner for Felony Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, accused of taking off in the victim’s vehicle without permission. Brett Gessner is a white male, 39 years old, 5’8" and 135 lbs. with a history of Domestic Violence. Gessner was last known to reside in the Hamilton, Ohio area. 

On Monday, February 10, 2020, at approximately 8:30 AM, Cincinnati Police Department District 5 responded to 239 W. McMillan Street to investigate a serious injury traffic crash.

Ms. Amber Gilliland, F/24, was walking northbound across W. McMillan St. at the intersection of Clifton Ave. in a marked crosswalk when she was struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound on W. McMillan St.

Ms. Amber Gilliland was transported to UC Medical Center and sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash

The striking vehicle fled the scene of the collision, last seen traveling southbound on Wheeler St. from McMillan St. The striking vehicle is believed to be a 2016 or newer Toyota Tacoma, red or orange in color.

The Traffic Unit is continuing the investigation and any witnesses to this crash are asked to contact the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit at 513.352.2514 or call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.

The Springfield Township Police is attempting to identify the pictured suspects below wanted for theft. On 12-30-19, unknown subjects entered the victim’s residence and stole a debit/credit card. The card was then used at multiple businesses, including Kroger, Wal Mart, Meijer, Speedway, and Valley Beer, for a total of $735. The victim is 95 years old. The following photos were taken from the Wal Mart in Evendale.

Lawrence Howard is wanted for Felony Forgery and Theft accused of cashing multiple forged checks drawn on a business where Howard has never worked. Lawrence Howard is a black male 50 years old, 5’9 and 205 lbs. Howard has a history of Drug charges and was last known to live on E. Thirteenth Street in Over the Rhine.

Daniel Sims is wanted for Domestic Violence and Felony Forgery and Theft accused of cashing multiple forged checks. Daniel Sims is a white male 41 years old, 5’9 and 220 lbs. Sims has a history of Violence. Sims is from the Columbus area however he frequents Orchard Street in St. Bernard.
