On 11/03/2017 at approximately 1813 hours, this unknown male suspect walked into the Hug Jewelers located at 8439 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45216 and stole a block of gold rings worth a total value of $2,000.00.
He then exited the store and fled on foot with an unknown female waiting for him outside.

The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) is looking for Cornelius Givens, wanted for an Aggravated Robbery out of Butler County and a Parole Violation warrant out of Franklin County. Cornelius Givens is a black male 40 years old, 5’8 and 165 lbs. Cornelius has past arrests for Felonious Assault and Criminal Damaging. Givens frequents the Mt Healthy & Hamilton areas and Detectives report that he is known to carry a firearm.

The attached photos are in reference to the third breaking and entering that happened on 11/15/2017 at 4:15 pm at 835 Dayton St Cincinnati ,Ohio 45214. The suspect kicked in the rear door of the detached garage, but didn’t taking anything in this offense because there were workers inside of the building.

On 10/26/17 around 1.42pm a fraud check was passed at the 5th 3rd Bank inside a Kroger store in Milford. The suspect passing the fraud check is in the attached two photos. The checked cashed was in the amount of $1,899.00.

                                                      Aggravated Robbery Little Caesars
On 10/29/17 at 2210 hours a subject robbed the Little Caesars business located at 1198 W. Galbraith Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45231. The suspect is described as a male black, 20-25 years old, 503, 140 lbs, medium complexion, had a beard and unknown tattoo between his eyes. The suspect was wearing a black jacket, dark jeans and a green camo bandana and was armed with a hand gun. The suspect held the two employees at gun point and took approximately $988.00 before fleeing from location.

Robbery occurred at Starbucks located at 401 Vine St.  On 11/3/2017 an unknown male black suspect entered Starbucks and implied he had a gun in his green bag that he was holding in his right hand.  The suspect demanded the money from the cash drawer.  The suspect had a plastic bag over his face with a hole cut out, exposing his eyes, nose and mouth.

The aggravated robbery occurred at the Village Pharmacy located at 114 Harrison Ave. on 11/01/17 around 0910 hrs. The two suspects entered the pharmacy and displayed a "GLOCK" style handgun and ordered the employees to the rear of the store where the pharmacy was located. The suspects requested the pharmacist open the safe and get the Oxycodone and the Alprazolam. The first suspect was described as a M/B wearing 20 to 25 yoa, approx. 6'4" tall wearing a burgundy sweatshirt an...d red designer jeans. The second suspect was described as a M/B 20 to 25 yoa, approx.. 5'10" tall wearing a red "Chicago Blackhawks" sweatshirt. The suspects left the scene in a black Chevy Impala (approx. 2007-2008) with dark tinted windows and a possible Indiana "In God We Trust" plate. On Thursday, November 02, 2017 at approximately 3:00 p.m. a lone woman robbed the BB&T Bank located at 2110 North Bend Road in Hebron, Kentucky after presenting a demand note and leaving with an undetermined amount of cash.

The robber is described as a white woman, approximately 5’2”, heavy set, dark hair (pulled up), wearing glasses and a gray sweater (photos attached). No one was injured in the incident and no direction of travel (escape) was determined.

Attached is a composite drawing of a suspect from a felonious assault that occurred at 2813 Massachusetts Avenue on 9/14/17. The victim was outside on his cell phone when he was approached by an unknown male black and shot in the side.
