| On March 9, 2010 approximately 6:30 PM, Mr. Foster was sitting in his vehicle at the 700 block of Glenwood Av in Avondale when he was approached by three unknown individuals when he was shot and killed. |

Brian Jones of Cincinnati, Ohio was 29 years old when he was shot in the head on the side of I-275 in Hebron, Kentucky on January 6, 2010. Brian had been at Vito’s Bar, Reading Rd., Roselawn, in Cincinnati, the evening before and was seen leaving there around 1am. Later, friends reported he had been kidnapped and held for a $100,000 ransom. Cincinnati Police were actively investigating the kidnapping when Brian was found that morning.

| On June 19th, 2008, Cincinnati Police responded to 643 Manitou regarding a deceased body lying in the woods. A decomposed black male was found lying on the ground wrapped in two blankets. The deceased was identified as Leron Billings, 24 years old. The Hamilton County Coroner determined that Mr. Billings died as a result of a gunshot wound. This case remains unsolved. |

| The homicide of Christina Carnes occurred on January 20th, 1994 at 11:30pm, on the lot of a Day Care Center at 3978 Mack Rd. in Fairfield. Christina was sitting in the front passenger seat while her boyfriend sat in the drivers’ seat. Someone in the back seat shot her in the back of the head once and shot her boyfriend in the face twice. She was pronounced dead at the scene. |

| On 12/24/03 at approximately 8:35 pm, Kevin Fisher was walking on McHenry Avenue with two friends. At the intersection of Iroll Avenue, a black male subject dressed in a black ski suit and a black skull cap began shooting a handgun at the three friends. Kevin Fisher ran to the Quality Food Market located at 3627 McHenry Avenue and collapsed shortly after entering the business. Kevin was transported to the University Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. |

District Five officers and Cincinnati Fire Department personnel responded and found the victim, Kenneth Lackey, a male black, 26 years of age suffering from a gunshot wound. The Paramedics were unable to revive him and he was pronounced dead at the scene |

At approximately 8:15 p.m., after combing the area adjacent to the parking lot of the Kroger store at 1420 Vine Street for a possible suspect in the Willie Stuckey shooting, police located another victim of a gunshot in an alley near 129 E. Clifton Avenue. This victim has been identified as Anthony Frakes, Male, Black, 17 years old. He was transported to University Hospital where he succumbed to his wound at approximately 4:30 a.m. |

The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a murder that occurred in front of Perkins Bar at the intersection of Montgomery Road and Clarion Avenue. Shortly before 11:00 p.m. on January 10, 2004, District Two officers responded to the intersection for a report of a person shot.
Upon their arrival they found the victim, Michael Royles, Male, Black, 25 years old, of Evanston, laying in front of the entrance to the bar. |

The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred at 1624 Vine Street. On December 15, 2003, at approximately 6:27:50 a.m., Police Communications received a report of a person admitted to the emergency room of University Hospital with a gunshot wound.
District
Four officers responded and their investigation revealed that the victim was Bronson Robinson white male, age 33. Mr. Robinson was involved in a verbal altercation involving 3 to 4 black males, which resulted in Mr.
Robinson's
injuries. Mr. Robinson was transported to University Hospital by private conveyance and died a short time later. |

| On January 19, 2002, at approximately 0400 hours, Cincinnati Police responded to Liberty and Walnut Street regarding a man shot. Upon arrival the officers found victim in the back seat of a car with a gunshot wound to the stomach. The officers at the scene were advised by two witnesses that the victim was shot at an after hours joint at 525 W. Liberty Street after being involved in an altercation. The witnesses loaded the victim into the car and wrecked at Liberty and Walnut Street's. The victim was transported to University Hospital where he remained until March 3, 2002, when he died. The victim was identified as Carlos Armstrong. |

| On June 5, 2001, District five uniformed officers were called to 4240 Hamilton Avenue, Northside, for a report of "a male just got shot". Upon arrival to the area, officers found a male black with at least one gunshot wound lying next to the apartment building at 4240 Hamilton Avenue. The victim was transported to University Hospital where he succumbed to the injury. The victim was identified as Jason Gandy, black, male, 18 years old. Mr. Gandy residence was 5936 Belmont Avenue #3. The Cincinnati Police Division is investigating this incident as a homicide. Preliminary investigation indicated the victim might have been involved in an altercation with unidentified person or persons. |

| On July 12, 1999, at approximately 5:15 a.m., Cincinnati Police Communications received a call of a person down in the 800 block of Wells Avenue. District Three officers responded and discovered the body of Wesley A. Fain(Albert Fain)male, black, 25 years old, of 811 Wells Avenue. Mr. Fain's body was found on the sidewalk in front of 818 Wells Avenue. Mr. Fain died as a result of a gunshot to the head. The Hamilton County Coroner's office has classified Mr. Fain's death as a homicide. |

| On December 29, 2001, at approximately 11:25 p.m. District One officers were dispatched to the area of 14th and Vine Streets reference a shooting. Upon arrival officers discovered a Calvin Davis, male, black, 30 years old, of Westwood, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Cincinnati Fire Division personnel transported Mr. Davis to University Hospital. He was pronouced dead at 12:06 a.m. The suspect is described as a black male, 5'8" - 5'10" feet, late 20's to early 30's, with a moustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark waist length coat and dark pants. The subject was armed with a handgun. |

| The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred on April 15, 2002 at 2924 Gilbert Avenue. At approximately 12:45 a.m. District Four officers were called to the King of Clubs bar for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival officers found one victim shot multiple times. The victim was taken to University Hospital by Fire Department paramedics and was subsequently pronouced dead at 1:17 a.m. The deceased is identified as LaBrian Westmoreland,20 years old of 2313 Vera Avenue. The suspect in this homicide is described as a male, black, 5'5"-5'7" thin wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and a dark mask. Also possibly involved is a vehicle described as a sport utility vehicle possibly a Ford gold in color. |

Upon arrival, responding officers found a man lying in the street apparently the victim of at least one gunshot wound. The victim has been identified as Demarco Pleasant. |

| The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide, which occurred at 3792 Westmont Drive. The victim has been identified as Christopher Arrington Jr. black, male 29 years of age of 3792 Westmont Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. On February 22, 2002, at approximately 1500 hours Cincinnati Police and Fire units responded to 3792 Westmont Drive for a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, units found Mr. Arrington on the floor. Mr. Arrington was transported to University Hospital where he was pronounced death. Homicide investigators are attempting to locate a black, male subject, 26 years of age, 6'tall, 200 pounds, wearing a black leather coat. |

| On December 29, 2001 at approximately 7:50 p.m. police were dispatched to the 2800 block of West Knolls Lane reference a shooting. Antonio "Bobbie" Crutcher, male, black,30, of Westwood, was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting apparently occurred both inside and outside the building where Mr. Crutcher was found. Cincinnati Police are looking for a black male 30-35 years of age, stocky build, close cut hair, close cut beard and moustache with a dark brown complexion. He was last seen wearing a black 3/4 length coat and dark pants. The subject was armed with a semi-automatic handgun. |

Witness heard gunshots and observed a black male, 6'0" tall, 200-220 pounds, running south on Quebec Street towards Glenway Avenue. It is unknown if the male black was involved in the shooting. |
