| Charles Wesley Foster |
| On March 9, 2010 approximately 6:30 PM, Mr. Foster was sitting in his vehicle at the 700 block of Glenwood Av in Avondale when he was approached by three unknown individuals when he was shot and killed. |

| Brian Jones |
Brian Jones of Cincinnati, Ohio was 29 years old when he was shot in the head on the side of I-275 in Hebron, Kentucky on January 6, 2010. Brian had been at Vito’s Bar, Reading Rd., Roselawn, in Cincinnati, the evening before and was seen leaving there around 1am. Later, friends reported he had been kidnapped and held for a $100,000 ransom. Cincinnati Police were actively investigating the kidnapping when Brian was found that morning.

| Leron Billings |
| On June 19th, 2008, Cincinnati Police responded to 643 Manitou regarding a deceased body lying in the woods. A decomposed black male was found lying on the ground wrapped in two blankets. The deceased was identified as Leron Billings, 24 years old. The Hamilton County Coroner determined that Mr. Billings died as a result of a gunshot wound. This case remains unsolved. |

The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating the homicide of Mr. Jason Beal. The offense occurred on July 28, 2009 at 874 Rockdale Av at approximately 10:27pm.

| Christina Carnes |
| The homicide of Christina Carnes occurred on January 20th, 1994 at 11:30pm, on the lot of a Day Care Center at 3978 Mack Rd. in Fairfield. Christina was sitting in the front passenger seat while her boyfriend sat in the drivers’ seat. Someone in the back seat shot her in the back of the head once and shot her boyfriend in the face twice. She was pronounced dead at the scene. |

Daniel Chaz Dudley was murdered September 29, 2007 at Vine and Galbraith Rd in Hartwell. He leaves behind five children ages 8 to 2yrs of age and a loving mother.

| The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred on October 10, 2008, at 2:16 a.m. District Five officers and Fire Department paramedics responded to 5468 Bahama Terrace and discovered a male shooting victim in the parking lot identified as Mr. Antonio D. Mike (DOB: 9-6-89). |

John was 24yrs old when he was murdered 6/27/07 at approximately 2:30 am near the corner of Fergus St and Ap Jones St in Northside.

On Saturday January 5, 2008, at 8:50 p.m., Cincinnati Police Communication dispatched District Two police officers to a reported shooting in the 3300 blk of Cardiff Avenue. Arriving police located a male inside a residence suffering from gunshot injuries.

Isaac was found shot in the 400 blk of Charlotte St (an alley) on December 17, 2003.
He was 23yrs old when he was murdered and left behind a loving family and a newborn baby, who never had the opportunity to know him.
Isaac Newbill was the 70th Homicide Victim in 2003 we need witnesses to step forward so his family can have closure
