On March 11, 2020, at approximately 9:24 PM, District One officers responded to the 500 block of Poplar Street to investigate a report of a shooting. First responders located a shooting victim who was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The victim succumbed to his injuries and has been identified as James Douthit, 49 years of age.
