Cincinnati Police Department, District 2, is investigating a felony theft offense that occurred on September 1, 2016, around 12:30pm. The victim was eating lunch at the E&O restaurant on Edwards Rd. The black male suspect, in his late 20’s to early 30’s, wearing a black dress hat and multi-colored shirt, reached around and took the victim’s wallet out of her purse and left the restaurant. The female who was with him then left and used the stolen credit card at Target at 4825 Marburg Av.
