Andre Lee

Andre Lee is wanted on four counts of Domestic Violence, Assault, Menacing and Burglary. These charges stem from multiple incidents and various complainants. In one incident the victim states that Lee dived into her open window headfirst and terrorized the occupants. In another incident the victim states that she was drug from her vehicle and struck in the face with a closed fist, and yet another victim reported that Lee pulled out a handgun and threatened to shoot her. Andre Lee is a black male 37 years old, 5’9 and 195 lbs. Lee has a history of Trafficking in Drugs, Aggravated Robbery and Domestic Violence. He last lived on Hatmaker in Price Hill.

Chris Salcedo is wanted for Felony Robbery and Two counts of Felony Burglary. Salcedo is accused of forcing his way into the victim’s residence, making threats, before taking off in the victim’s vehicle. Chris Salcedo is a white male 46 years old, 5’10 and 200 lbs. Salcedo has a history of Thefts and Burglary and he is from Hamilton, Ohio.

Jeno Jackson is wanted on two counts of Felonious Assault Shooting, and for Having Weapons Under Disability. Jeno Jackson is a black male 24 years old, 5’4 and 140 lbs. Jeno Jackson has a history of Weapons charges and was last known to live on Zinsle Ave in Kennedy Heights.

Paul Hults is wanted for Trafficking in Drugs and three other capias. Paul Hults is a white male 43 years old, 5’9 and 150 lbs. Paul Hults has a history of Domestic Violence and Drug Charges and was last known to live in Burlington Kentucky.

Segmond Parsons is wanted for Felony Domestic Violence. Segmond Parsons is a black male 50 years old, 5’9 and 200 lbs. Parsons has a history of Trafficking in Drugs, Aggravated Robbery and other Domestic Violence Charges. Segmond Parsons was last known to live on Mayfair Court in Hartwell.

November 16, 2020

 On November 16, 2020, at approximately 14:52PM District 2 officers responded to 2739 Madison Rd. for a report of a Bank Robbery at North Side Bank & Trust Co.  A White Male, 20-30 years old, wearing a black hoodie, plain black baseball cap, black pants, blue surgical mask, sunglasses, and red shoes approached the teller, and produced a note demanding money.  The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.  The suspect fled with an undetermined amount of US Currency. 

The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Financial Crimes Squad is on-going.   Anyone with information about this bank robbery is asked to call the Financial Crimes Squad at (513) 352-3542.

Cincinnati Police Department’s District 4 is attempting to identify the suspect who robbed Walgreens. The suspect indicated he had a firearm and demanded U.S. currency. The suspect then fled on foot traveling northbound on Reading Rd.

November 15, 2020

 On November 15, 2020, at approximately 12:16 AM, District Three officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 1900 block of Wyoming Avenue.  Responding officers located a shooting victim outside at that location.  Cincinnati Fire Department personnel responded and transported the victim to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as Teddy Williams, 29 years of age.

                                                  UPDATE

On November 25, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with Assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, arrested Ronell Prince, 30 years of age, on an open Murder warrant for the death of Mr. Williams.
