Cincinnati District Three Police are looking for Shannon Crutchfield, wanted for Trafficking in Drugs and Contempt of Court. Shannon Crutchfield is a black male, 49 years old, 5’09”, and 200lbs. Crutchfield has a history of Domestic Violence and Assaults, and he was last known to live on Hermosa Avenue in Price Hill.

Eric Sarver is wanted for Felony Having Weapons, three Counts of Aggravated Drug Trafficking, two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Possession and Trafficking Heroin and Fentanyl related compound, and Endangering Children. Eric Sarver is a white male, 30 years old, 5’06”, and 140 lbs. Sarver has a history of Weapons and Drugs charges, and he was last known to live on Winfield Avenue in Price Hill.

Cincinnati Police District Two is looking for Jeffrey Fetzer, wanted on multiple charges including Obstructing Official Business, Theft, Resisting Arrest, Falsification, and Drug Paraphernalia. Jeffrey Fetzer is a white male 51 years old, 6’0, and 225 lbs. Fetzer last known address was on Pyrmont Rd in Lewisburg, Ohio.

Brooke Dickerson is wanted on three counts of Deception to Obtain Dangerous Drugs, three counts of having False Prescriptions, and two counts of Theft. Brooke Dickerson is a black female, 26 years old, 5’01”, and 161 lbs. Dickerson has a history of Thefts and was last known to live on Warsaw Avenue in Price Hill.

North College Hill detectives are attempting to identify a suspect in a robbery that occurred on 01/22/20 at around 2135 hrs.  Pictured suspect was described as a heavy set female black, mid 30s, wearing a head wrap, bright blue sweater, bright green undershirt, black leggings, black gym shoes and carrying a black purse.  Suspect went to register and advised the clerk that she had a gun in her purse and to empty the register of its cash to the sum of approximately $160.00.  Subject did not produce a gun during the incident, only implied.

The Springfield Township Police Department  needs your help in identifying these three suspects.   On 1/19/2020 at approximately 7:32am, the three unknown suspects all brandishing handguns entered the Mobile Gas Station located at Winton Rd. & Galbraith Rd. in Springfield Township and robbed the store and clerk of approximately $350.  If anyone knows the identity of these individuals, please call Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040 or Detective Khayo at the Springfield Township Police Department at 513-729-1300.

Springfield Township Police needs your help in identifying the pictured subject. On January 13, 2020, at approximately 5:24 pm, a black male suspect entered the Buffalo Wings & Rings located at 8377 Winton Road and attempted to pay for food with a $100 counterfeit bill. The pictured black male, approximately 40 years of age, average height, and about 240 pounds. The suspect got into the passenger seat of a 1997 dark green Toyota 4dr bearing license HXR2719. Buffalo Wings & Rings also had two counterfeit $100 bills passed on January 3, 2020. The store owner advised that a female black purchased food with a counterfeit bill, and approximately 15 minutes later, a male black came in and purchased food with a counterfeit bill with the same serial number.

On 12/19/2019 at 1315 hours, the pictured unknown male subject entered the Kroger at 8421 Winton Road. The pictured suspect took the victim’s wallet containing a credit card. The car was then used shortly after at the Speedway in North College Hill to buy gas, beer, and cigarettes. Dylan Bacon is wanted for three counts of Felony Improperly Discharge of Firearm and Felonious Assault. The complaint states, Bacon fired approximately five rounds from a handgun, and a round fired by Bacon struck one victim standing on the roadway. Also, two other victim’s residences located in the area were struck by additional rounds fired by Bacon. Dylan Bacon is a white male, 20 years old, 5’04”, and 115 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes. Bacon was last known to live on Bridge Point Pass in the Dent area.


On Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at approximately 2240 hours, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit responded to 4406 Colerain Avenue to investigate a fatal injury traffic crash.

Mr. Marquis Colbert, M/39, a pedestrian was crossing the street, West on Colerain Avenue.  The driver of an unknown vehicle was travelling North on Colerain Avenue.  Mr. Colbert crossed the street in front of the unknown vehicle and was struck. The striking vehicle fled the scene.

The striking vehicle is described as a black or dark colored sedan, possibly a Ford, with tinted windows missing its driver side mirror.  The vehicle may have front end damage from the collision.

Mr. Colbert was struck a second time while lying in the street by a silver 2007 Nissan Altima being operated by a F/15.

Mr. Colbert was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center by Cincinnati Fire Personnel, while being treated succumbed to his injuries.

Mr. Colbert was not in a marked crosswalk at the time of the crash.

Excessive speed and impairment are unknown at this time.
