On August 11, 2019, at approximately 11:10 AM, District Three officers responded to investigate the report of a shooting in the 2100 block of Queen City Avenue.  First responders located a shooting victim who was deceased at the scene.   The victim has been identified as Kimberly L. Lorman, 35 years of age

 

The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing.  Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.

On August 11, 2019, at approximately 4:19 a.m., District Five officers responded to investigate a report of a shooting in the 500 block of Orient Avenue.  First responders located a shooting victim who was deceased at the scene.   The victim has been identified as Benoit Essex, 31 years of age

 

The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing.  Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.

Donald Lee is wanted for a Felonious Assault, where Lee is accused of striking an officer with a closed fist during an arrest. Lee also has four Misdemeanor Capiases. Donald Lee is a white male, 51 years old, 6’0” and 150 lbs. Lee has a history of Robbery, Breaking and Entering, Assault and, Drugs charges. Donald Lee was last known to live on Texas Avenue in Price Hill.

An Aggravated Robbery occurred on 6/25/2019 at 2029 hours at Food Mart, 10440 Plainfield Rd.

The suspect is described as a black male approximately 6’00” tall, stocky build, wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweatpants, black fishing hat with red design armed with a black pistol. He was last seen running north on Plainfield Rd from Food Mart. If anyone has any information on the suspect please contact

Cincinnati Police Departments District 2 is attempting to identify the suspect who broke into a vehicle at Lunken Airport. The suspect took Credit Cards, ID, and badge from Hamco prosecutor.  The Credit Cards were used in Mason Oh.  There was approximately $8000.00 charged on the cards.

Clermont County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Michael David Neal for Aggravated Burglary. Michael David Neal is a black male, 20 years old, 5’10”, and 210 lbs. Neal’s prior criminal history includes assault and traffic related charges, and his last known address was on Myrtle Avenue in Walnut Hills.

Robert Chilcoate is wanted for Misdemeanor Probation Violation and Felony Parole Violation. He was originally charged with Robbery, 1st degree. Robert Chilcoate is a white male, 38 years old, 5’07” and 220 lbs. His prior criminal history includes Aggravated Armed Robbery, Felonious Assault and Aggravated Menacing, and Chilcoate’s last known to live in Covington, Kentucky.

Cincinnati Police Financial Crimes Squad is looking for Jerry Phillips for Felony Theft.  The victim stated Phillips deposited numerous bad checks into his bank account in order to inflate his balance and then withdrew the funds. This resulted in a loss to the victim in the amount of approximately $7700.  Jerry W. Phillips is a white male, 40 years old, 5’09”, and 150 lbs. Phillips’ criminal history includes Forgery and Theft, and his last known address was on Forest Avenue in Peebles, Ohio.

On 06/07/19 at 1727 Casey Drive in the Ashwood Apartments a victim just returned from work and was parked sitting in her vehicle. When she exited the vehicle to go inside her apartment building she was approached by an unknown male black suspect. That suspect displayed a handgun and demanded the victims property. The victim handed over her purse which contained cash and other personal property. The suspect then fled the scene.

The apartment security video, inside the apartment building captured the suspect before he pulled his mask over his face to rob the victim.
