Arthur Thomas is wanted for Robbery and multiple counts of Domestic Violence. Arthur Thomas is a black male 40 years old, 6’1 and 185 lbs. Arthur Thomas has a history of Felonious Assault, Domestic Violence and Having Weapons under Disability. Thomas was last known to live on Truitt Ave in Bond Hill.

Location of Incident: 1300 block of East McMillan Avenue in East Walnut Hills

Cincinnati Police Department District 2 is attempting to identify the suspect who broke into several vehicles parked in the 1300 block of East McMillan Avenue and Bell Place. The suspect observed below was captured on camera forcing his way into several parked vehicles and removed numerous items valued at $290.00.  Suspect is known to frequent this area.

April 16, 2020

 On April 9, 2020, at approximately 1:43 AM, District Five officers responded with the Cincinnati Fire Department to a report of a vehicle crash in the 4500 block of Colerain Avenue.  The driver of the vehicle was found to be suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to University Hospital where she died from her injuries.  The victim has been identified as Megan Donahue, 34 years of age. 

On April 16, 2020, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit signed a warrant for Murder on Travis Bailey.  Mr. Bailey is a 25 year old white male.  He is 5’11, 180 lbs, with blue eyes and blond hair.  Mr. Bailey’s last known address was in Commiskey, Indiana.  Mr. Bailey should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Colerain Township Police Department is attempting to identify the men in these photos wanted for the investigation of  multiple theft incidents, including the theft of a firearm, which occurred in Colerain Township.

April 8, 2020

 On April 7, 2020, at approximately 10:15 PM, District Three officers responded to investigate the report of a shooting in the 3900 block of President Drive. Upon arrival, officers located

Mr. Sanchez Lee, 20 years of age, suffering from a gunshot wound.  Mr. Lee was transported to University Hospital by Cincinnati Fire Department personnel where he succumbed to his injuries.   

The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing.   There is no suspect information to release currently.  Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.

  

Kimberly Payne is wanted on three counts of Felony Trafficking in Drugs accused of selling Cocaine and Fentanyl. Kimberly Payne is a black female 42 years old, 5’9 and 183 lbs. Payne has a history of Theft and was last known to live in the 4500 block of Colerain Ave in Northside.

April 5, 2020

 On April 5, 2020, at approximately 8:10 PM, District Two officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 1800 block of Duck Creek Road.  Additional 911 calls indicated a vehicle had crashed at the 5.3 mile marker of northbound I-71 after traveling the wrong way down the Dana Avenue exit ramp.  Responding officers located two shooting victims inside the crashed vehicle.  The Cincinnati Fire Department transported both victims to University Hospital.  One victim died from her injuries after arrival and has been identified as Micaela Stevenson, 34 years of ageNo further information will be released on the surviving victim.

Steven Lee is a convicted Sex offender wanted for Failure to Register his change of Address. Steven Lee is a black male 42 years. Steven Lee has a history of Rape, Trafficking in Drugs, Resisting Arrest and Aggravated Burglary. Steven lee was last known to live on Earnshaw Ave in Mt. Auburn.
