On October 25, 2012 a black male entered Walmart located at 4000 Red Bank Rd. in Fairfax. Subject selected a Dyson vacuum cleaner, Blue Ray player, RCA Home theater system and a flat screen TV mount valued at $789.00 and pushed the items out in a cart failing to make payment. Subject was followed to his vehicle where he was confronted by Walmart staff. His vehicle failed to start and the subject fled on foot leaving the vehicle and merchandise behind. Contact was made with the vehicles registered owner who stated that her car must have been stolen.
