Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred in the area of 3410 Warsaw Av. On Thursday, November 1, 2012 at approximately 11:57 pm, Cincinnati officers were dispatched to the area for the report of a shooting. Officers located the victim, Raymond Jennings, 18 years old, at the location. He was transported by Cincinnati Fire Department to University Hospital, where he died.
